If you haven’t had a chance to see the new net zero energy, LEED Platinum Packard Foundation Headquarters at 343 Second Street, now is the time! The foundation is offering tours of its facilities on Wednesday afternoons this Fall.
Entrance of the Packard Foundation Building
It is an incredible building and an inspiration for our community. The building was designed as a net zero energy building — meaning it produces as much energy as it consumes – and if it performs as designed, it will be only one of three buildings in the country certified as net zero energy. HUGE!
Check it out. Sign up for a Fall tour here.
