We’ll begin our walk at Los Altos’ heritage apricot orchard with a talk by the town’s orchardist. Following this brief talk, we’ll walk through the civic center grounds and into the surrounding neighborhood learning about the various fruit and other edible trees growing in our neighborhoods.
You’ll learn fun facts, history and how to incorporate this local fruit into your cooking. If you’re a foodie, a history buff or would just like to learn about the trees around you—this walk is for you!
